VMZ Construction was founded to give property owners in Miami what they rarely get from a construction project: a realistic budget, a clear schedule and someone who answers for both.
We manage the project from preconstruction to closeout: budgets and cost estimates, permits, contractor selection, schedules, inspections and documentation. The construction itself is carried out by Florida-licensed contractors and trades that we select and manage.
The company is led by Bruno Meluzzi, President, together with a team of construction, permitting and technical professionals.
